In this class, you’ll learn calming breathwork techniques to help in any stressful situation, be guided in a relaxing mindfulness meditation, and learn how to incorporate crystals into your meditation practice. Every participant will take home their own crystal set to use on their own.

What to wear/bring
Wear comfortable clothing
Bring a water bottle in case you get thirsty!
Mat or beach towel: something comfy to sit on as we will be on the floor.
Small pillow (optional): just for extra comfort to sit on
Blanket (optional): Your body temperature may drops, so you may want to have a little blanket, but this is not required
