Sound Bath With Lindsey of The LAB Wellness

Want to feel… more relaxed?  Less stressed? Connected to your creativity and ready to take on whatever the day may bring? Join us for an exclusive meditation and sound bath with The LAB Wellness. 

You’ll be guided in a fully immersive meditation that uses sound frequency to bring you calm, reduce anxiety, work through mental blocks, and in some cases relieve tension and discomfort in the body.  You will hear a series of instruments including crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, rainsticks and more. It’s an experience like none-other.  Take time to unplug and nurture your mind and body.

Before the Sound Bath:

  • Best to be hydrated
  • Eat a light meal, but not feel overly full

What to wear/bring

  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Mat or beach towel: I encourage you to lay down for a fulling immersive experience
  • Small towel or eye mask: to cover your eyes (recommended)
  • Small pillow (optional): just for extra comfort if you really want to get in it! 
  • Blanket (optional): Your body temperature may drops, so you may want to have a little blanket, but this is not required 

After the Sound Bath:

When we complete the session, you may feel relaxed and even a little dreamy or dazed. We will not rush you out and you take as much time as you need to come out and back into your body.
