Soy vs. Paraffin: What are the benefits of soy?

I have noticed that some soy candles have color imperfections, is this normal?

Yes, these color imperfections are called frosting. It is part of the natural property of soy wax and what makes our hand-poured candles unique.


I received my shipment and the jar was damaged, what do I do?

If our product has been damaged in shipping please send us a picture and we will replace it*. Please keep in mind that due to the natural properties of our materials and the hand-poured process there are variations between our products that are to be expected.

*Claims and pictures must be received within three business days of delivery date.
