making the most out of summer: my go-to day trip

Ever get bored of doing the same thing week after week? Same. On a beautiful summer day off, my go to activity is a quick trip up to Bash Bish Falls in Copake, NY. Take the scenic route on NY-22 or zip up on the Taconic, the drive is a little over an hour and totally worth it. Bash Bish has a short ¾ mile semi-challenging hike leading up to a beautiful 200ft waterfall. Bring the kids, dogs, picnic, you name it.
